A major project win in Sydney has created the opportunity for an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to take the commercial lead on a significant new development.
Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the commercial lead, managing head contract obligations and ensuring project profitability.
  • Oversee procurement and subcontractor engagement strategies.
  • Manage variations, progress claims, and cost reporting across both head and subcontracts.
  • Lead financial planning, forecasting, and monthly reporting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
  • Mentor and support junior members of the commercial team.
Requirements
  • 5+ years’ experience as a Contracts Administrator or Senior CA with a head contractor.
  • Proven success managing contracts and financial administration on large-scale building projects.
  • Strong ability to resolve complex contractual issues independently.
  • Excellent commercial acumen, attention to detail, and communication skills.
  • Self-driven, resilient, and able to thrive in a collaborative project environment.
