Roles and Responsibilities of the Senior Contracts Administrator will include:
- Ownership of the relevant subcontracts
- Administration and documentation
- Assess variations and claims
- Profit budget forecasting
- Financial control reporting
- Regular client interfacing.
- Degree qualified in construction management or equivalent
- Experience working on commercial construction projects in NSW
- Extensive understanding and proven background managing packages on commercial construction projects throughout full project lifecycle
