Senior Contracts Administrator
Design & Build Recruitment is searching for a talented and motivated Contracts Administrator wanting to step up into a Senior Contracts Administrator position OR an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator looking for their next opportunity.
The successful candidate will work within an established team on new build project worth $100M. This project and all future projects will be based in Brisbane. You will even have the opportunity to work on some of this clients own developments. If you have a passion and proven ability in Contracts Administration and love the Commercial construction industry, this role and company is for you.

Role Overview:
- Involved in pre construction.
- Work collaboratively with site team, subcontractors, and client.
- Heavy involvement in procurement, financials, contract review, Admin, & reporting.
- Mentoring and coaching Junior Contracts Administrators
- Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator in the commercial construction industry.
- Brisbane based.
- Experience and desire to run multi residential high rise projects.
