The Role:
- Lead and coordinate a team of detailers, reviewing work to ensure accuracy and alignment with architectural and structural requirements
- Set project budgets, monitor progress, and provide daily reporting on workflows
- Liaise directly with clients, architects, and project managers to ensure clarity and quality of deliverables
- Mentor and support junior staff, helping develop capability and efficiency across the team
- Work with various software, including FrameCAD, Revit, AutoCAD, or similar platforms
- Proven experience as a detailer in light gauge steel or architectural/structural environments
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, mentor, and motivate a team
- Highly detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills
- Confident liaising with clients and internal stakeholders
- Experience in framing, engineering, or architectural backgrounds highly desirable, but not essential
- Comfortable setting budgets, managing workflows, and driving projects to completion
