A leading renewable energy developer headquartered in Sydney is expanding its development team due to a large and active project pipeline across wind, solar, battery storage and hybrid assets.
This is an owner-side role focused on shaping projects early, influencing technical outcomes, and supporting projects through development toward investment decision.

- Manage and review early design works by EPC contractors
- Support equipment selection, functional specifications and tender processes
- Coordinate interfaces across multiple contractors and stakeholders
- Review final designs and participate in EPC design workshops
- Assist with cost estimates, early works and site investigations
- Electrical Engineering background
- Experience across utility-scale solar, BESS and/or hybrid projects
- Exposure to HV systems, protection and grid connection concepts
- Understanding of Australian renewable project delivery models
- Comfortable managing multiple workstreams in a fast-moving development environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
