We are working with a leading residential builder / developer who are looking to recruit a Senior Development Manager for their NSW operations.
This role reports to the development director and you will be responsible for delivering projects on time and within budgets.
Duties of the development manager include
- Oversee the project from DA approval to delivery of works.
- Oversee design, program efficiency, governance and reporting.
- Preparing forecasts and budgets.
- Preparing proposals and making recommendations.
- Maintaining progress reports
- Site Acquisition
- Business development and liaising with external stakeholders.
- Oversee the full development lifecycle of projects.
- Strong understanding of planning regulations, feasibility analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
- Worked for a residential builder / property group / developer.
- Degree or trade qualifications.
- Understanding of relevant development legislation.
- Good computer skills.
