Senior Development Manager
Design & Build Recruitment is partnering with an established high-rise apartment builder to identify an experienced Senior Development Manager to join their Gold Coast-based team.
This is an opportunity to work with a business delivering some of the most eye-catching residential buildings across Southeast Queensland, with a strong pipeline of high-rise apartment developments and an opportunity to make a genuine impact on the region's skyline.
We're looking for a proven development professional with 10+ years of experience, a strong track record in high-rise residential projects, and established relationships across the Queensland property and construction markets.
The Opportunity
- Lead major high-rise residential developments across the Gold Coast and Southeast Queensland.
- Drive projects from initial feasibility and acquisition through planning, design, approvals and delivery.
- Work closely with internal construction teams, consultants, authorities and key project stakeholders.
- Leverage your industry relationships to unlock opportunities and deliver commercially successful developments.
- Play a key role in shaping a growing pipeline of landmark residential projects.
- 10+ years' experience in property development, within high-rise residential or apartment projects.
- A strong understanding of the full development lifecycle, from feasibility through to completion.
- Established relationships with consultants, authorities, builders and key industry stakeholders across Southeast Queensland.
- Proven commercial acumen, with the ability to manage project risk, budgets, programmes and outcomes.
- Strong leadership, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- A genuine passion for delivering quality developments that stand out in the market.
