Our client is a global Tier 1 contractor who has just secured new projects across transmission, EHV substations, and renewables — including solar farms, wind farms, and large-scale bess.
Instead of outsourcing all the electrical design work, they’re investing in growing their internal engineering team to bring that capability in-house.
This means new opportunities for an Senior Electrical Engineer who wants to be hands-on and directly involved in delivering major projects and seeing their designs come to life.

- Concept and detailed designs, technical investigations, tender assessment & contract technical specifications
- Analyse electrical system requirements, capacity, cost, and project needs
- Foster a culture of teamwork within the engineering team and across the wider business to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Proven experience as an Senior Electrical Engineer on major energy projects (HV/EHV Substations, Transmission Lines, Renewable Energy)
- Proven detailed design experience
- Relevant tertiary qualifications (e.g., BSc Engineering)
- CPEng or eligibility to obtain
- Membership (or eligibility) with a relevant engineering institution (e.g., Engineers Australia)
