- Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs and tender pricing
- Interpret plans and specifications for custom and standard designs
- Liaise with drafting, construction and procurement teams
- Update and maintain supplier pricing and costing databases
- Support continual improvement of estimating procedures
- 4+ years residential estimating experience (project or custom builds)
- Strong understanding of WA residential construction methods and costs
- Proficiency in Databuild or similar estimating software
- High attention to detail and strong time management
- Team player with clear and confident communication skills
