About the Role:
As a Senior Estimator, you will play a critical role in driving project success by providing accurate, timely, and first-principles-based cost estimates. You will collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure that all projects are feasible, profitable, and delivered on budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed scope of works to obtain, assess, and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations for competitiveness and compliance.
- Apply first-principles estimating to ensure accuracy and reliability of project costs
- Develop detailed scope of works to obtain, assess, and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations for competitiveness and compliance
- Analyse project drawings, specifications, and scope to identify cost drivers and risks
- Proven experience as a Senior Estimator in NPI, Construction, Mining Maintenance, manufacturing or industrial construction projects
- Strong knowledge of first-principles estimating and cost breakdown methodologies
- Experience managing full project life cycle estimating from concept to completion
