Due to continued growth and a secured pipeline of major works, we are recruiting an experienced Senior Estimator to join their high-performing pre-construction team.
This is a key leadership role focused on delivering competitive tenders across projects ranging from $10M to $200M.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full tender processes for projects valued up to $200M
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, take-offs, and pricing breakdowns
- Develop bid strategies and risk assessments
- Manage subcontractor engagement and pricing negotiations
- Experience at a senior level
- Background Defence, remediation, structural rehabilitation, construction, or Industrial works
- Strong commercial, contractual, and risk management capability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
