The role will work within an established team in a senior-level capacity. The successful candidate will be hands-on (mainly production) estimating.
Monday to Friday office-based role in Hurstville.
As the Estimator, you will be responsible for:
- Prepare and maintain an accurate schedule, Bill of Quantities (BOQs) and documentation.
- Purchase ordering of materials and equipment
- Assist with supplier and contractor pricing enquiries.
- Inventory management and stock control.
- Calculate site costs.
- Prepare tenders for contract signing.
- Estimate Masters and Upgrade items
- Create Sales supporting documentation integrated into the Estimating and Sales Software
- Assist in the development and maintenance of the Sales Variation Pricebook.
- 5+ years' experience in production estimating
- Experience pricing and delivering project homes
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work Monday to Friday in an office and committing to a full-time role.
