Key Responsibilities
- Prepare first-principle, detailed cost estimates across multiple disciplines
- Analyse drawings, specifications, and full project scopes
- Engage with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams for pricing
- Identify risks, opportunities, and value-engineering solutions
- Expert-level estimating experience with first-principle approach
- Proven track record across civil, water infrastructure, FRP, or concrete projects
- Strong understanding of construction methods, quantities, and costs
- Commercially minded, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
- Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office
- Multiple senior opportunities across QLD
