Position: Senior Grid Engineer
Location: Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane or Adelaide (Hybrid options available)
Salary: Up to $200,000 + bonus

• Lead and deliver detailed grid connection studies, feasibility assessments, and compliance modelling (steady-state, RMS, EMT) in line with AEMO and NSP standards.
• Develop and review GPS, R0–R2, DMAT, and benchmarking studies ensuring full NER compliance.
• Manage commissioning, compliance testing, and validation activities for renewable and grid assets.
• Engage with AEMO, NSPs, and project partners, representing the company in technical discussions.
• Mentor junior engineers and ensure quality and consistency across deliverables.
• Contribute to design, technical advisory, and project delivery activities as needed.

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in power system analysis and renewable grid connections in the NEM.
• Strong working knowledge of PSCAD, PSS®E, or DIgSILENT.
• Experience automating simulations using Python.
• Deep understanding of inverter-based and grid-forming technologies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Eligible to work full-time in Australia.
