Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and programs in accordance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses, preparing detailed reports and recommending corrective actions.
- Support in environmental reporting processes, providing technical insight – experience advantageous but not essential
- Minimum Cert IV WHS.
- Previous experience supporting commercial construction projects
- Proven ability to conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations.Continue
