Salary: up to $170,000 +

What You’ll Be Doing
- Support delivery of HV/EHV substation, transmission and BESS projects
- Manage design packages end-to-end, working closely with principals and technical directors
- Act as a key link between design, delivery and client stakeholders
- Contribute to technical design while also taking ownership of project outcomes
- Support and mentor junior engineers where required
- Experience in HV transmission or distribution substation design
- Strong structural and/or civil educational background
- Comfortable in a client-facing role with site and stakeholder interaction
- Ability to manage design packages and work across distributed teams
- Chartered is highly regarded
- Work on larger, more complex transmission projects across NSW & VIC
- Clear pathway from Senior to Associate, with scope to lead and manage teams
