With decades of experience and a proven track record in the commercial sector, this business has secured a long-term service & maintenance contract on a landmark site in Sydney. As they continue to expand, they are now looking for an experienced Senior HVAC Service Technician to join their team.
What your day looks like
- Carry out service, maintenance, and repairs on central plant systems, chillers, and HVAC equipment across commercial high-rise sites.
- Diagnose faults, troubleshoot system issues, and implement effective solutions.
- Provide technical support and mentoring to junior technicians within the team.
- Liaise with clients and building managers to ensure high levels of service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Complete accurate service reports, documentation, and compliance checks.
- Proven experience as a Senior HVAC Service Technician working on commercial systems.
- Strong background in central plant and chiller system service and maintenance.
- Relevant trade qualifications in Refrigeration/Air Conditioning and current ARCtick licence.
- Ability to work independently while mentoring apprentices or junior staff.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Hourly rate up to $60 an hour, plus superannuation.
- Fully maintained company vehicle with fuel card and toll tag, plus allowances.
