We’re partnering with a well-established HVAC service provider seeking an experienced Senior HVAC Service Technician to join their growing Sydney operations. You’ll be working across a diverse portfolio of sites including large industrial plants, hospitals, universities, and commercial buildings.
This is a hands-on service role for a technically strong technician who enjoys autonomy, variety, and being trusted to manage complex HVAC and central plant systems across well-maintained client sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out scheduled preventative maintenance and breakdown repairs across HVAC and central plant systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in large commercial and industrial HVAC systems
- Perform servicing and optimisation of chillers, boilers, AHUs, pumps, and associated mechanical equipment
- Deliver high-quality customer service while working across client sites including hospitals, universities, and commercial facilities
- Complete accurate service reports, compliance documentation, and maintenance records
- Proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician in commercial or industrial environments
- Strong hands-on experience with central plant systems (chillers, boilers, cooling towers, AHUs)
- Relevant trade qualification (Refrigeration & Air Conditioning / HVAC)
- Current ARCtick licence and valid driver’s licence
- Ability to work autonomously and manage daily service calls across multiple sites
- Competitive hourly rate up to $55/hr
- Work close to home – sites are allocated based on your residential location across Sydney
