What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading projects across multiple stages, from early concept through to documentation and construction
- Managing project teams, consultants, and client relationships
- Driving high-quality design outcomes across public realm, infrastructure, civic, and urban projects
- Mentoring junior designers and contributing to studio culture
- Presenting design ideas clearly to clients and stakeholders
- Supporting innovative, sustainable, and future-focused design approaches
- Around 7+ years’ experience in landscape architecture, urban design, or related fields
- Proven experience delivering projects across varying scales and typologies
- Strong design capability with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Confidence leading teams and managing project workflows
- A collaborative mindset and genuine passion for thoughtful city-shaping work
- Experience with AutoCAD
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, or Urban Design
- Work alongside some of the industry’s leading designers and mentors
