We’re partnering with an internationally recognised landscape architecture and urban design studio to find an experienced Senior Landscape Architect / Project Lead for their Melbourne team.

This is an opportunity to join a highly respected design practice known for shaping city-making, public realm, and large-scale urban projects across Australia.

The studio is currently delivering a diverse mix of high-profile projects and is looking for someone who can confidently lead work from concept through to delivery while contributing strong design thinking and team leadership.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Leading projects across multiple stages, from early concept through to documentation and construction
  • Managing project teams, consultants, and client relationships
  • Driving high-quality design outcomes across public realm, infrastructure, civic, and urban projects
  • Mentoring junior designers and contributing to studio culture
  • Presenting design ideas clearly to clients and stakeholders
  • Supporting innovative, sustainable, and future-focused design approaches
What They’re Looking For
  • Around 7+ years’ experience in landscape architecture, urban design, or related fields
  • Proven experience delivering projects across varying scales and typologies
  • Strong design capability with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Confidence leading teams and managing project workflows
  • A collaborative mindset and genuine passion for thoughtful city-shaping work
  • Experience with AutoCAD 
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, or Urban Design
