A leading renewable developer is continuing its strong growth across Australia and international markets. With a substantial pipeline across solar and battery storage the business is expanding its Australian senior legal leadership team.

The existing in-house legal team is tight-knit, collaborative, and commercially focused. This role will report to the Legal Director.

Senior Legal Counsel:
  • Draft and lead negotiation for offtake and  Power Purchase Agreements.
  • Offtake and energy trading agreements
  • Grid connection and transmission agreements
  • Connection, access and lease agreements
  • Regulatory and market participation matters
The successful candidate will act as a trusted business partner across development, energy management, finance, asset management, and executive leadership teams, supporting the company’s strategic and financial objectives through effective structuring, negotiation and risk management.
