The Role
- Coordinate residential maintenance, repairs and rectification works across Perth.
- Manage Iplex pipe-related enquiries, coordinating inspections, repairs and rectification works through to completion.
- Support and oversee one other Site Supervisor, helping manage workloads and priorities.
- Conduct site inspections, assess issues and coordinate practical solutions.
- Manage schedules, outstanding jobs, repair costs and completion timeframes.
- Work closely with construction teams to maintain quality and improve processes.
Ideal for someone from residential or insurance building looking to step up and lead another Site Supervisor.
- Experience in residential construction, building maintenance or insurance building.
- Looking to take the next step into a leadership or management position.
- A good understanding of residential building practices, repairs and rectification works.
- Experience coordinating trades, subcontractors or multiple jobs at once.
- Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable balancing office-based coordination with site visits across Perth.
- Exposure to Iplex pipe issues would be advantageous, but a willingness to learn is equally important.
