Compensation: 130K–160K base + company bonus

Key Responsibilities M&V Delivery
- Lead end-to-end M&V under IPMVP and state/federal scheme methodologies.
- Develop baselines, analyse energy and plant performance data, and quantify savings for C&I upgrades.
- Prepare compliant documentation for submission to scheme administrators and regulators.
- Validate operation of HVAC, central plant, controls and building systems.
- Produce clear technical reports and client-facing summaries of findings and savings.
- Identify anomalies, challenge assumptions and ensure technical integrity.
- Work closely with commercial, operations and engineering teams.
- Support continuous improvement of modelling tools, templates and internal processes.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior colleagues.
- Direct experience delivering M&V (IPMVP or equivalent scheme methodologies).
- Strong analytical and data modelling capability across energy performance datasets.
- Understanding of building services, HVAC, controls and plant operation.
- High-quality documentation and reporting skills.
- Relevant engineering, science or energy-related degree.
- Detail-oriented, low-ego, collaborative working style.
- Ability to manage multiple technical projects independently.
- Experience within a certificate provider, energy consultancy, or C&I performance engineering environment.
- Exposure to commercial energy upgrades, controls optimisation, or behind-the-meter projects.
- Familiarity with state/federal energy efficiency programs (ESS, VEU, etc.).
