Senior Construction Planner – Major Health Infrastructure project
About the Role
Design & Build are looking for an experienced Senior Construction Planner
to join the delivery team on the a major Hospital project in Perth & one of the countries most significant health projects. You’ll be responsible for creating and managing construction programs, ensuring milestones are achieved, and supporting the project team to deliver on time and on budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed construction programs (design, procurement, delivery)
- Track progress, update schedules and report on key milestones
- Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies
- Work with project managers, engineers and subcontractors to align program and delivery
- Support tender planning and contribute to project planning strategies
- Experience as a Planner on major hospital or large-scale infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of various planning softwares
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related discipline
- Play a key role in a landmark healthcare project in WA
