The Role
This is a key position within the preconstruction team, supporting the coordination of projects from contract through to construction. You’ll play an essential role in ensuring documentation, approvals, and processes are managed efficiently to keep projects moving on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the preconstruction process from contract signing through to site start
- Prepare and coordinate building contracts, variations, and supporting documentation
- Liaise with clients, sales consultants, estimators, and drafting teams
- Track approvals including council, CDC, and developer requirements
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is compliant and up to date
- Monitor job timelines and follow up on outstanding items
- Provide administrative support to the wider preconstruction team
- Previous experience in a preconstruction, contracts administration, or project administration role within residential or project home building
- Strong understanding of the pre-site process and approvals in NSW (highly regarded)
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident communicator with the ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant building systems
