The Opportunity
As a Senior Prestart Consultant, you will report to the Admin Manager and work across residential projects in a diverse, customer-focused role. You will provide expert guidance throughout the prestart process, ensuring clients enjoy a smooth and efficient selections experience while contributing to successful project delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Guide clients through their selections and finishes in a beautiful, standout onsite showroom
- Provide expert advice and support throughout the prestart process
- Assist with general administration, documentation and coordination of client details
- Provide administrative support throughout the contract process, with contracts prepared by a dedicated team member
- Prepare, update and maintain addenda's
- Assist other team members as required
- No construction client liaison responsibilities
- 4+ years' experience as a Prestart Consultant within a residential building environment
- A forward-thinking, collaborative and encouraging approach

- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong customer-centric focus
