Design & Build is recruiting an experienced and motivated Project Engineer or Senior Project Engineer to join a very well established and leading developer builder on Brisbane based projects. Our client specialises and has a history of delivery luxury high rise apartments.
As a Project Engineer or Senior Project Engineer, you will play a key role in overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of all aspects of the project.
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with the project management team.
- Develop and implement project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Managing and coordinating all engineering activities, including design, construction, and quality assurance.
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations.
- Conducting regular site walk throughs to monitor progress, identify any potential issues, and ensure adherence to project specifications.
- Working with other Engineers to ensure the successful completion of the project.
- Liaising with client, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain effective communication and resolve any project-related challenges.
- A degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in project engineering within the construction industry, preferably with exposure to large-scale industrial projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, engineering principles, and relevant regulations.
- Proficiency in project management software and other relevant tools.
