I’m recruiting two Senior Project Engineer opportunities with a leading Tier 2 builder, delivering landmark projects in Sydney.
These are high-profile, technically complex builds across health and public infrastructure, offering the chance to work on career-defining projects within a strong, well-resourced delivery team.
The Role:
- Lead key packages across structure, services and finishes on landmark projects
- Drive programme, subcontractor coordination and design resolution
- Work closely with the Project Manager and Site Manager to ensure delivery across safety, quality, time and cost
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a high-performing site team
- Interface with consultants, client-side stakeholders and subcontractors on complex technical elements
- Senior Project Engineers with experience delivering similar large-scale, complex projects for a Tier 1 or leading Tier 2 builder
- Proven background across projects in the $100M+ range, ideally within commercial, health, education or complex mixed-use sectors
- Strong technical capability across structure, services and finishes, with the ability to manage challenging buildability and staging requirements
- Confident communicator with the ability to manage stakeholders and drive outcomes on site
- Strong Project Engineers with 5+ years’ experience, who have worked on major projects with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 builder and are ready to step up into an SPE role
