An exciting opportunity has come up for a driven Senior Project Engineer to join a well-established property developer delivering a large-scale residential project in Brisbane's thriving inner-city market.
We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer ready to step into a Senior Project Engineer role, or an established Senior PE looking to take ownership of a high-profile development from delivery through to completion.
The Opportunity
Working closely with the Project Manager and site team, you will play a key role in coordinating subcontractors, managing project documentation, monitoring programme performance, and ensuring the successful delivery of a large-scale residential development.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the management and coordination of project delivery activities
- Drive programme outcomes and monitor project milestones
- Manage subcontractor procurement, engagement, and performance
- Coordinate RFIs, shop drawings, inspections, and quality documentation
- Monitor project costs, variations, and reporting requirements
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
- Work closely with consultants, authorities, and key project stakeholders
- Support the Project Manager in achieving project objectives and deadlines
- Degree qualified in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Previous experience as a Project Engineer within commercial, residential, or mixed-use construction
- Strong understanding of construction methodology, planning, and project controls
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a high-performing project team
- Ambitious and motivated to progress into senior project delivery roles
