The Role
- Manage delivery of two concurrent projects initially
- Lead and support Project Engineers and Site Supervisors
- Oversee project planning, cost control, procurement, and reporting
- Drive program, safety, quality, and commercial outcomes
- Work closely with clients and internal delivery teams
- Civil infrastructure works
- Roads and pavements
- Drainage and services
- Concrete structures and FRP works
- Proven experience as a Project Engineer or Senior Project Engineer
- Strong background working for a self-performing civil contractor
- Confident managing multiple work fronts and stakeholders
- Strong communication and leadership capability
- Able to commence ASAP or within a short notice period
- Secure role with a national contractor
