Senior Project Manager – QSR & Drive-Thru Focus (Client Side)
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager with a proven background in the QSR sector and significant experience delivering drive-thru restaurant projects. This role will lead the end-to-end delivery of new store builds, redevelopments, and major refurbishments, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest quality, on time, and within budget.
As part of the Development and Design team, you’ll play a pivotal role in bringing brand concepts to life across Victoria (and nationally as required), supporting the company’s ambitious pipeline of growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full lifecycle of new builds, refurbishments, and drive-thru developments.
- Deliver projects on time, on budget, and aligned with business and financial commitments.
- Manage budgets, reporting, and cost control, implementing value-engineering initiatives where required.
- Coordinate and manage contractors, consultants, landlords, suppliers, and regulatory authorities.
- Partner with Design and Operations to ensure store concepts translate seamlessly into execution.
- Conduct site visits, safety checks, and ensure compliance with all relevant codes and regulations.
- Provide regular project updates to internal stakeholders and proactively resolve risks and challenges.
- 10+ years’ experience as a Project Manager within the QSR sector(drive-thru delivery experience essential).
- Strong technical understanding of construction processes, services integration, and compliance.
- Demonstrated success managing multiple projects simultaneously under strict timelines.
- Skilled in contractor and consultant management, with excellent negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Commercially astute with strong cost-control and reporting experience.
- Confident, solutions-focused, and capable of leading high-value projects with autonomy.
- Hybrid work flexibility (1 day WFH per week).
