We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager with at least 3 years experience in this position or a Project Manager looking to step into a Senior Project Manager role, to deliver fit-out & construction projects up for a tier 2 builder. What You’ll Be Doing:

- Overseeing projects from pre-construction to handover
- Leading & mentoring project teams
- Ensuring compliance with safety & building standards
- Managing budgets, contracts & subcontractor negotiations
- Building strong relationships with clients & stakeholders
- Experience with a principal contractor on fit outs and refurbs, ideally in the tier 1 or 2 space
- A natural leader & problem solver who thrives under pressure
- Strong communication & relationship-building skills
- Experience with MS Projects, Procore & Jobpac
- Bachelors degree in construction or equivalent
