Senior Project Manager
Design & Build Recruitment would like to speak with experienced Project Managers or Senior Project Managers to join our clients Gold Coast based team during the pre-construction phase, through to the delivery of a $50M high rise project at Kirra.
Our client is a national head D&C contractor that also perform some of their own developments. We refer to our client as being a lifestyle project specialist. This means that they build a variety of projects from mid to high rise apartments, student accommodation, retirement villages, and townhouse developments.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive the successful delivery of a high-rise luxury residential project on time and within budget
- Look after a very forgiving program, not trying to build in record time, they have allowed for a lot of different circumstances.
- Grow and lead your own delivery team.
- Report directly to the Construction Director
- Proven experience as a Project Manager on large-scale high-rise residential or mixed-use towers.
- A real love of residential projects.
- Based on the beautiful Gold Coast or desire to live there.
- Southern Gold Coast projects ONLY.
- Well established builder who is financially stable.
- A track record of looking after staff, subcontractors, and clients. D&B would know, having worked with them for the last 5 years.
- Interstate support groups and buddies.
