- Develop and implement project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations.
- Conducting regular site walk throughs to monitor progress, identify any potential issues, and ensure adherence to project specifications.
- Proven experience successfully managing teams and projects from start to finish.
- Health project experience is an added advantage.
- Top tier construction methodology experience.
- Strong structures knowledge and experience.
- Proficiency in project management software and other relevant tools.
