The Role
As Senior Project Manager, you will take full ownership of a high-profile new build project from early stages through to completion.
You will lead a high-performing delivery team, manage key stakeholder relationships, and drive outcomes across safety, programme, cost and quality on a flagship CBD development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of a $250M landmark commercial project from early works through to handover
- Manage and mentor a site team, including Site Managers, Project Engineers and Foremen
- Oversee programme, cost control, risk management and safety performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and key stakeholders
- 4+ years’ experience as a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager
- Proven track record delivering new build projects valued $100M+
- Experience across commercial, education, health or government sectors
- Background working with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 builder in Australia
- Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Lead a landmark $250M CBD project with a highly regarded Tier 2 builder
