The Opportunity
Due to continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join the business and lead the delivery of large-scale industrial and commercial developments.
This is a key leadership role where you will take full ownership of project outcomes, working closely with senior leadership and integrated internal teams.
The Role
Reporting to senior leadership, your responsibilities will include:
- End-to-end delivery of industrial and commercial construction projects
- Managing project budgets, cost control, procurement and commercial performance
- Leading programming, sequencing and resource planning across all project phases
- Coordinating internal teams across design, engineering and manufacturing
- Managing subcontractors, consultants and stakeholder relationships
- Driving HSEQ compliance and maintaining a strong safety-first culture
- Leading project reporting, risk management and client communication
- Mentoring and developing junior project staff
- Degree-qualified in Construction Management, Engineering or similar
- 7–10+ years’ experience in Project Management within commercial or industrial construction
- Proven experience delivering projects $20M+ from inception to completion
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, contracts and risk
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in design & construct environments highly regarded
- Salary package up to $250,000 + Super
