An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Project Manager to join a well-established luxury developer & builder specialising in high-end boutique apartment projects across Sydney’s premium residential markets including the Eastern Suburbs, Inner City, Lower North Shore and Sutherland Shire.
This role will see you delivering luxury Class 2 apartment developments valued from $30M - $100M+.
Role:
• End-to-end management of luxury boutique apartment and mixed-use developments from pre-construction through to completion.
• Managing and mentoring Project Managers, Project Engineers, Contract Administrators and Site Managers across multiple high-end residential projects.
• Overseeing programming, procurement, cost control and project delivery to ensure time, cost and quality objectives are achieved.
• Working closely with consultants, architects, subcontractors and internal development teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Managing contractual obligations, variations, progress claims and reporting in line with company systems and procedures.
• Ensuring projects are delivered safely and in compliance with WHS, quality and company standards.
• Supporting business growth through leadership, team development and contribution to future pipeline projects.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager delivering luxury Class 2 apartment or mixed-use residential developments.
• Experience delivering high-end boutique residential projects valued from $30M+.
• Strong understanding of design-driven construction and premium finishes.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders including clients, consultants and subcontractors.
• Strong commercial acumen, leadership capability and problem-solving skills.
