Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project management plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary.
- Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential project risks.
- Mentor and support other team members.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale construction projects.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
