Looking to the future, after this immediate project, you will have the opportunity to work a mix of the companies own developments, ECI and D&C projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pre-Construction Involvement: Work closely with design teams, consultants, and clients during the pre-construction phase to ensure optimal planning and value engineering.
- Delivery Excellence: Manage construction timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks to achieve seamless execution.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor a high-performing project team, fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure a collaborative and successful project environment.
- Risk Management: Identify potential challenges and implement strategies to mitigate risks while maintaining project momentum.
- Proven experience as a PM or SPM.
- Experience in delivering luxury apartment new build projects.
- Strong expertise in managing projects of $80M+ value.
- In-depth understanding of construction processes, contracts, and compliance requirements.
- A proactive problem-solver with a focus on delivering quality outcomes.
