Our client is looking for a Senior Project Manager to deliver roll out health care fit out projects. You will be responsible for running multiple projects simultaneously, working with the in house design and construct team to ensure you achieve the best results for your clients.
Our client provides a great working environment, including work from home Friday's, monthly paid lunches and a brand new office located in Brighton. You will be a part of a small commercial team in Melbourne, but still working for a national business with opportunities for interstate travel.
As the Project Manager you will be responsible for:
- Managing up to 8 small projects at any one time
- Project Planning, scheduling, cost control and budgeting
- Writing of construction program and hands-on project management delivery of work
- Provide good technical knowledge to the client
- High-level planning, teamwork, communication and negotiation skills
- Minimum 7 years' experience in Project Management on fit out or shop fit out projects as a principal contractor
- Prior experience delivering roll out projects
- Tertiary qualification in Construction is highly regarded.
- Construction or Shopfitting experience required
- Experience running multiple projects up to $500k in value.
- Design and Construct experience advantageous
