The Role
An opportunity exists for an intermediate Quantity Surveyor with 5–7+ years’ post-grad experience, ideally with a background in infrastructure, civil, water, or utilities.
You’ll work across a broad range of infrastructure projects and support both pre- and post-contract phases, including cost planning, measurement, and contract administration.

Key Responsibilities Pre-Contract:
  • Quantification and measurement
  • Cost planning and estimates throughout project lifecycle
  • Value management, cashflow forecasting, BoQs
Post-Contract:
  • Variation assessments and progress claims
  • Certification and reporting
  • Cashflow management and bank reporting
  • Tax depreciation schedules
  • Cost data analysis and QA documentation
Your Background
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or Civil Engineering
  • 5-7+ years’ QS experience, preferably in infrastructure
  • Familiar with CostX and CRM systems (preferred)
  • Excellent time management, communication, and stakeholder engagement
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Collaborative team player with ability to work independently
