This is a senior position where you’ll influence design outcomes, lift documentation quality, and work closely with internal teams who genuinely value drafting.

- ArchiCAD proficiency
- Ability to spot compliance issues and detailing errors quickly
- Strong buildability knowledge and attention to detail
- Experience with offshore drafting teams (advantageous)
- Producing and reviewing working drawings for accuracy, compliance and buildability
- Creating high‑quality design documentation using ArchiCAD and 4D Library
- Collaborating with designers, estimators, prestart and construction teams
- Ensuring plans align with NCC, R‑Codes and Australian Standards
- Identifying errors, resolving inconsistencies and improving drafting workflows
- Providing technical support and guidance across the business
