This role will see you embedded on site, supporting the project team through the delivery phase and taking ownership of all site-based safety activities.
About You
- Proven experience as a Safety Advisor on commercial or infrastructure projects
- Confident working autonomously as the sole safety representative on site
- Strong communicator with the ability to influence behaviours and engage site teams
- Comfortable working within established WHS systems while driving practical, site-led improvements
- Proactive, solutions-focused and confident operating in a fast-paced construction environment
- Salary package up to $200k, dependent on experience
