This role is based in the Northern Territory with flexibility for FIFO work to cover remote projects when needed (typically on a 3:1 roster). You’ll work across large-scale commercial, civil, defence, and industrial projects, joining a supportive HSEQ team with exposure to high-profile and remote sites.
The Role
- Senior HSE Advisor based in the Northern Territory
- Support remote projects on a FIFO roster as required
- Work closely with project teams, subcontractors, and senior leadership
- Drive safety performance and contribute to a strong project pipeline
- Proven experience as a Safety Advisor / Senior HSE Advisor across commercial and civil construction
- Experience on large-scale projects
- Confident working autonomously as the sole site safety representative
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Practical, proactive, and solutions-focused approach
- Salary : Circa $170k + super + uplift
