This is a great opportunity for a hands-on Senior Safety Advisor with a strong civil construction background who enjoys working closely with site teams, building relationships and helping create a positive safety culture while maintaining high standards across the project.
The position will initially involve night-shift work for approximately 4–6 months, with the potential to transition back to days thereafter.
The project is expected to continue through to mid-2028.
About You
- Civil construction HSE experience across major road and highway projects.
- Exposure to bridge construction, structural works and bulk earthworks.
- Experience managing excavation and ground stabilisation risks.
- Previous experience in a Senior Safety Advisor capacity.
- Confident communicator who can challenge behaviours and hold teams accountable.
- Comfortable working night shift and operating autonomously.
- Strong stakeholder management and practical problem-solving skills.
- Up to $190k package
