The Role:
You’ll take ownership of the scheduling process from contract signing through to handover, ensuring every home is programmed and delivered on time. Working closely with experienced supervisors, estimators, and suppliers, you’ll help drive accuracy, efficiency, and smooth project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed build schedules
- Coordinate with trades, suppliers, and site teams
- Manage timelines across multiple homes at different stages
- Update schedules to reflect delays, variations or changes
- Maintain strong communication across all stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience as a Scheduler in residential construction
- Solid understanding of the home building process
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Experience with Databuild or similar software highly regarded
- A proactive mindset and strong attention to detail
- Salary package of $80K – $105K + Super, depending on experience
