Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all on-site activities for a complex remediation project
- Oversee subcontractors, site teams, and daily operations
- Implement and maintain robust systems, processes, and quality standards
- Ensure compliance with WHS, environmental, and regulatory requirements
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively
- Collaborate with leadership to meet program milestones
The ideal candidate will have:
- Extensive Site Management experience on large, complex building projects
- Strong program, systems, and process management skills
- Proven leadership with the ability to mentor and motivate site teams
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on problem-solving approach with a focus on outcomes
- Knowledge of WHS, environmental, and regulatory compliance in construction
- Senior leadership role on a technically complex project
