An opportunity for a Senior Site Manager to join a WA construction team, taking on a key leadership role across two significant projects in Perth up to $600m.
This position suits an experienced delivery leader who is passionate about driving construction excellence, enhancing site performance, and developing high-performing teams.
Working closely with senior construction leadership, you will play a pivotal role in shaping site culture, championing safety initiatives, and ensuring delivery frameworks are executed to a high standard. You will lead a team of Site Managers, Supervisors, and EHS professionals, providing mentorship, technical guidance, and strong operational leadership.
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing site teams
- Experience working for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 main contractor
- Experience leading a $300m+ project
- Extensive experience managing the delivery of complex commercial or mixed-use construction projects at a senior level
- Strong capability in coordinating trades, sequencing works, and driving program outcomes
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively, solve problems, and manage stakeholders
- Proven ability to operate effectively in fast-paced environments while balancing multiple project demands
