Job Description:
Our client is seeking highly experienced and accomplished senior engineers to join their dynamic team. You will hold a key leadership position and oversee the design and analysis of various projects. You will collaborate closely with architects, builders, and clients to ensure the project's successful completion from conception right through construction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead structural analysis and design for a diverse range of projects, including new constructions, renovations, and retrofits.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and technical staff.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative and cost-effective engineering solutions.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure adherence to design and safety standards.
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and reports.
- Stay current with industry trends, codes, and regulations to maintain the highest level of engineering excellence.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering, with a strong track record of successful project delivery.
- In-depth knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects and meet deadlines.
- Dedication to promoting sustainable and innovative engineering practices.
