Senior Structural Foreman
Design & Build Recruitment is working with an exceptionally well established and respected developer builder. We are looking to add a senior structural foreman to the team. Work closely with an experienced project manager, contracts administrator, and site manager. I know these people, and they efficient operators and have supportive personalities.
The successful applicant will work on a high rise new build project based on the outskirts of Brisbane’s CBD. Easy to get to, and plenty of on site parking.

The Position
To be successful in this role you will have recent experience as a Structures Foreman on high rise residential, retail, or commercial projects circa $100M+.
Reporting directly to the Site Manager, you will be responsible for the co-ordination of the trades people and sub-contractors on site and be able to push the project in order to achieve timely milestones. Great career progression as the company has multiple developments ready to kick off in the next 3 years.
Monday to Friday work, sharing Saturdays (likely once every 4-6 weeks)
Your Experience and Qualifications
- Must have recent experience as a structures foreman
- Experience managing teams and trades effectively
- Large scale commercial project experience
- Confidence in your abilities to communicate with Senior Management and sub-contractors alike
- Ability to hold tool box talks and promote safe work sites
- Ability to write a short-term construction program
- Experience using Hammertech, Procore, and MS Projects
