The Role
You will supervise civil construction works on large-scale renewable energy and power infrastructure projects, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery in remote FIFO environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervision of civil works on windfarm and substation projects across QLD
- Delivery of FRP and concrete structures, including foundations and plinths
- Oversight of piling operations, bulk earthworks, and associated civil scopes
- Coordination of subcontractors, plant, and labour
- Daily planning, pre-starts, and toolbox talks
- Ensuring compliance with HSEQ requirements and project specifications
- Working closely with Project Managers and Engineers to maintain program and productivity
- Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor on windfarm, substation, or major infrastructure projects
- Strong background in FRP/concrete structures, piling, and earthworks
- Comfortable working FIFO rosters on regional and remote projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- FIFO rosters to QLD-based projects
- Candidates can be based anywhere in Australia
